So, what is a Coach or Coaching?

​A Coaches focus is on you, helping you design you your future, your goals, being thought provoking and inspirational. A Coach is someone who helps you imagine a greater possibility for yourself and your life then supports you in achieving it. Coaching is about the future, your future

working with you using the resources, skills and abilities of (you) the client and the trainings, tools and strategy's of (Me) the coach to guide you to that result you want.

Here at Trinity Coaching we want to help you become the person you need to be to live the life you want. See the person you are today equals the life you live today. With setting New goals & creating a New vision for your life you will need new habits, patterns, behaviors and lifestyle and I can help you through that transition process.

Here at Trinity Coaching we use the wheel of life template to create a vision of what you want each area of your life to look like. After we priotize them in order of importance we then set smart goals for each of those areas so as to be able work towards achieving them. We then brainstorm and strategize on the best way to move forward to achieve those goals and committing to action steps to get you there moving forward with confidence and effective execution.


The sessions that follow we use to tweak the steps and deal with any challenges that pop up because of the change of direction in your life. We can also work on emotional issues, relationships, furthering or changing careers. The list is endless and we're here to help. During these sessions we follow a specific coaching model as a structure for each session.  We do this to get the most out of our coaching sessions together keeping us on track and focused. 

Here's a quick model overview:

  •  Topic (choose a topic or theme for the coaching session relating to your overall goal)

  •  Outcome or Result  (The required outcome or result you want regarding the topic for the session)

  •  Explore (Solutions, Options, Challenges, Resources, Anything to do with your topic brainstorming what you could do to move forwards)

  • Action (identify the actions from our list that you will do to move forwards)
